At Wellington Fragrance, we strive for complete satisfaction with every scent and supply purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to prevent leakage or damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
